Responsibilities include :
- Structuring and execution of construction and long-term non-recourse debt, including ancillary facilities such as VAT financing and project guarantees.
- Structuring and execution of development financing, equipment, and pre-construction financing and guarantees.
- Coordination with advisors and stakeholders involved in the financing process.
- Financial modeling and analysis of capital structure sensitivities.
- Preparation of internal and external analysis and presentations, such as Teasers, Infomemos, and reports for Investment Committees and Management.
- Collaboration with the Finance Department and other business teams.
- Support for M&A transactions (buy-side), focusing on asset deals in solar PV, Wind, Batteries, etc.
