Requisitos

• Key Languages : C2 or full professional level of German.
• C1 or full fluency in English. Training is in English.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Able to follow phone etiquette and use formal and polite language.
• Previous experience with customer service, offering technical support, with knowledge of standards and procedures.
• Advanced user of MS Office.
• Able to handle stressful situations.
• Teamwork spirit. Organized. Curious and eager to learn more.
