As an integral part of our company's expansion and strategic development, we are actively searching for a seasoned professional to assume the role of Sales Director & Investor Relations. In this pivotal position, you will play a crucial role in formulating and implementing a comprehensive strategy to identify and engage potential investors for the sale of company shares.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a targeted strategy for identifying potential investors based on the nature of our shares.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of investor segments, including institutional investors, existing shareholders, strategic partners, private equity firms, high net worth individuals, industry specialists, and others.
• Cultivate relationships with existing shareholders, leveraging their potential for additional investments. Ensure continuity and prevent dilution of ownership through strategic offerings.
• Engage with institutional investors such as pension funds, mutual funds, and insurance companies. Target those with a history of stable, long-term investments in our industry.
• Explore opportunities to sell shares to strategic partners or competitors, fostering collaboration and strategic alliances that align with the company's growth trajectory.
• Collaborate with private equity firms, aiming to attract investments for growth and restructuring based on the company's strategic goals.
• Develop a targeted approach to attract high net worth individuals interested in private investments, leveraging their affinity for our industry and potential for strategic contributions.
• Identify and engage with industry experts, consultants, and professionals who possess a deep understanding of our industry. Showcase the potential of our company to gain their support.
• Lead an investor relations team to effectively reach out to existing and potential investors. Provide transparent information about our company's financial health, growth prospects, and future plans.
• Oversee due diligence processes to ensure compatibility between potential investors.
