Remote Personal Assistant (English & Russian Fluent)

Private Family Office | Full-Time | Remote | HNWI Support

A highly dynamic and fast-paced Private Family Office is seeking an exceptional Remote Personal Assistant to support an Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individual (UHNWI) across a wide range of personal and lifestyle matters. This is a role for someone who not only executes, but thinks, prioritizes, and delivers at a world-class level.

You will be operating in a fast-moving, high-trust environment, where precision, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence are everything.

What You'll Do :

  • Act as a key point of contact and coordination for all personal, household, and lifestyle-related matters
  • Manage high-intensity, time-sensitive tasks with full autonomy and accountability
  • Design and oversee complex international travel arrangements, including private aviation and last-minute adjustments
  • Coordinate global luxury services, bespoke experiences, and sensitive private events
  • Liaise with private staff, vendors, and service providers across multiple time zones and locations
  • Conduct deep research and scenario planning to provide actionable options, not just information
  • Ensure flawless execution and follow-through — every detail counts
  • Maintain utmost discretion and loyalty in all personal and professional interactions

Who You Are :

  • Experienced : 3+ years working directly with HNWIs, private clients, or founders in a high-expectation environment
  • Discreet : You treat all information, people, and routines with confidentiality and discretion
  • Bilingual : You speak and write fluently in both English and Russian
  • Globally Savvy : You understand the nuances of international travel, cultures, and protocols
  • Operationally Excellent : You turn complexity into clarity and know how to move fast without missing a beat
  • Proactive & Mature : You anticipate needs before they're voiced, operate independently, and thrive under pressure
  • Detail-Obsessed : You're surgical with logistics, scheduling, and execution — "almost right" is not good enough
  • Emotionally Intelligent : You adapt tone, language, and approach to fit highly discerning individuals
  • Key Requirements :

  • Fully remote, but with availability across multiple time zones
  • Full fluency in English and Russian
  • Verifiable references from HNW or executive-level environments
  • Deep respect for privacy, loyalty, and long-term partnership
