Financial Controller

Leading global operator specialised in the complete management of renewable assets for the generation of electricity is looking for a Financial Controller.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

As part of the Corporate team, this position will be accountable for the following :

• Support local finance teams with closeout processes and implementation of new procedures and group policies
• Analysis of deviations from the budget / forecast
• Calculation of intercompany fees
• Calculation of cost re-invoicing between group companies
• Collaborate with the Auditors to ensure proper compliance with all requirements and supervise that local controllers timely report the year-end accounts to the Group Controller Department and to the Local Statutory authorities
• Assist in the preparation of the year-end consolidated and some statutory financial statements
• Collaborate with M&A and tax departments in business combinations (project acquisition and sales)
• Conduct treasury consolidated reporting analysis
• Manage FX and guarantees
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
