Job Opportunity : Research Scientist in Rare Diseases
We are recruiting an outstanding candidate to participate in a project funded by the EU and other international and national institutions. Funding is already available for three years, with an initial salary range of 27,000-30,000€ depending on experience.
The candidate will participate in The European Rare Diseases Research Alliance (ERDERA), funded by the EU, which aims to improve the health and well-being of the 30 million people living with a rare disease in Europe. In particular, you will play a key role in developing RNA-based therapies, including CRISPR / Cas systems and antisense oligonucleotides for rare diseases such as Muscular Dystrophies. Our multidisciplinary group is dedicated to advancing biomedical research and developing novel therapies through cutting-edge approaches and interdisciplinary collaboration. We work closely with leading academic institutions, hospitals, and industry partners to translate discoveries into real-world medical advancements. We are recognized as a reference center for neuromuscular diseases affecting children and participate in clinical trials involving innovative therapies.
