As a Talent Acquisition Advisor for Strada's recruitment, you would be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process in all locations across Europe for Workday hiring.

You will work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Team and of course with HR and Line Managers. Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future job openings

Previous experience working in remote global teams

Ability to work independent of direct supervision

Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business
