This role combines the responsibilities of implementing and supporting quality management modules in Dynamics 365 F&O with the strategic oversight and continuous improvement duties of a Business Process Owner (BPO) . The position ensures alignment between operational execution and organizational goals, driving efficiency, innovation, and seamless process integration.
