We are recruiting for Cabin Crew positions at various bases and invite you to our In-Person Assessment Days.

You will be invited to attend once your application is reviewed.

As Europe’s largest airline group, carrying over 600,000 guests daily across more than 3,600 flights, we are looking for the next generation of cabin crew to join us in the Autumn / Winter months at one of our 90+ bases. Your journey begins with a 6-week training course covering all fundamental skills needed for your role, including exams and culminating in Supernumerary flights and your Cabin Crew Wings.

Life as Cabin Crew is fun and rewarding but demanding, with safety as our top priority. You will operate early and late shifts, with duties starting as early as 5 am and ending around midnight. Please consider this before applying if you are not a morning person.

Requirements :

  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel within the Ryanair Network
  • Height between approximately 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm)
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided
  • Hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality
  • Adaptable and willing to work shift patterns
  • Enjoy working with the public and providing excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • A passion for traveling and meeting new people
