    Mission

    We are seeking an experienced and proactive Tax Manager to lead and oversee our global tax functions. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws and driving strategic initiatives to optimize our group's tax position. The Tax Manager will serve as a trusted advisor within the organization, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

    Responsibilities

    • Review and submit tax returns for all group subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and timely compliance.
    • Manage the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation in collaboration with external advisors.
    • Design and implement tax strategies to optimize tax liabilities while ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Analyze financial and operational data to identify tax-saving opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
    • Monitor changes in tax legislation at local and international levels, assessing their impact and adjusting policies accordingly.
    • Lead and coordinate tax audits and manage relationships with tax authorities.
    • Provide strategic tax planning and advisory support to senior management.
    • Serve as the contact point for internal departments, external tax advisors, and auditors regarding tax matters.
