Major Accountabilities
- Create and document user stories.
- Design solutions including all required documentation (e.g., support requirement prioritization, user requirement specification, adherence to LDC core, facilitate fit-to-core assessment for solutions).
- Define core elements for the build (e.g., scope for & run user / unit acceptance testing, definition of SAP user roles).
- Build solutions including standard configuration, additions such as interfaces and approved developments, collaborating with business, IT, and platform experts.
- Develop training materials and contribute to change impact assessments and value generation assessments.
- Execute training for users and support organizational readiness for go-live (including establishing super users).
- Support change management around LDC users in collaboration with GPOs (e.g., adoption of global SOPs and advice for local SOPs).
- Report learnings from go-lives and system acceptance.

Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher.Languages
English (necessary); additional languages preferred.Experiences
Proven senior experience in their process area, with at least 10 years of experience, working within a large, complex process landscape in a matrix environment.Role model for Novartis’ values and behaviors, with the ability to motivate and develop people.Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with experience in speaking, presentation, and facilitation in internal and external environments.Technical / Functional Skills & Knowledge
Expertise in commercial contracting processes with transactional customers (wholesalers, hospitals, pharmacies) across the entire contract lifecycle in the pharmaceutical industry, including :Defining and developing contract (front end) and revenue (back end) architectures.
