Clinical Support Specialist based in Madrid (fixed term)

We are recruiting for a Clinical Support Specialist based in Madrid, on a fixed-term contract. Our solutions in specialties including joint reconstruction, trauma, craniomaxillofacial, spinal surgery, and sports medicine are designed to advance patient care while delivering clinical and economic value to healthcare systems worldwide.

Main Goal

Provides technical support to MD&D product sales of new and established accounts. Cooperates with sales to accomplish sales objectives and greater market penetration. This job is eligible for sales incentives and commissions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving sales goals set by the sales team, including market share goals.
• Implement market development and field marketing activities.
• Schedule appointments and attend surgeries with clients.
• Develop presentation and technical information packages focused on clients and products.
• Participate in activities to improve health professionals' knowledge.
• Visit customer locations regularly to gather information and manage orders and shipments.
• Manage the assigned territory within the sales network, operating within an allocated budget.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure product availability.
• Assist in regional and local promotional activities to boost sales.
• Follow up with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Help prepare sales forecasts and submit reports for business planning.
• Transmit relevant market information to management.
