Junior Project Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team and help coordinate innovative science communication projects. If you have experience managing projects, a passion for communication, and want to grow in a dynamic and creative environment, we’d love to hear from you! Your role :

You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to support the delivery of science communication projects from start to finish. Your main responsibilities will include :

• Supporting the management of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they run on time and within budget.- Assisting in the design of work plans and timelines.- Participating in the creation of proposals and client presentations.- Coordinating internal team activities (creative, content, design) to ensure smooth delivery.- Taking part in meetings with clients to understand and track project needs.- Contributing to the development of science communication strategies with guidance from senior team members.✅ What we’re looking for :
• 2 to 4 years of experience in project management, marketing, communication, or related fields.- Experience working with clients or in consumer-oriented roles.- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.- Interest or background in science or research-related environments is a plus.
