YOUR MISSION

Support the optimization of logistics features, with a focus on delivery areas and supply / demand imbalances, by maintaining and improving settings, quantifying their impact, providing data-driven insights, coordinating feature rollouts, and measuring their effectiveness.

THE JOURNEY

• Work closely with local / regional stakeholders, product teams and development teams, serving as a bridge between product and operations, to define how to best set up and enable products, monitor and give visibility of metrics and KPIs.
• Deep-dive on business metrics, in order to explore areas of opportunity and enable data-driven decision-making, based on applied statistics and probability techniques
• Develop and maintain scalable and self-service visualization tools and storytelling dashboards.
• Build optimization processes to define the best tuning of every feature on each geography.
• Build robust relationships with stakeholders acting as a strategic and supportive link between the technology, business and product.
• Support recurrent processes within the team, enabling the adjustment of tools to business needs
• Continuously explore and refine key operational metrics (delivery time, efficiency, costs), gaining a comprehensive understanding of Glovo’s logistics.
