Customer Service Role in Madrid

Are you looking for a role in customer service? We are seeking someone to join the Claim department within our Customer Service team in the Madrid office. You will ensure customer complaints and standard requests are handled efficiently and with the appropriate sensitivity. You will monitor, respond to, and engage with customers across various channels, contributing to a service-oriented culture aimed at building repeat business and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints through multiple channels
  • Take ownership of customer queries, keeping them informed of developments until full resolution
  • Navigate the website and travel booking systems confidently and effectively
  • Lead by example, representing the company's values

Qualifications : Essential

  • Native or proficient in German and Spanish (Speaking and Writing)
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Quick learner
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with a positive attitude
  • Additional Requirements

    Experience with travel-specific tools such as GDS Sabre and / or Amadeus is advantageous.

    Mandatory residence in Madrid.
