Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the development of the planning and fulfillment-related processes in ABB Niessen factory. Each day, you will support performance improvement, including customer on-time delivery and lead time. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory targets and supply plan optimization.

The work model for the role is : hybrid

This role is contributing to the Electrification – ABB Niessen in Oiartzun, Gipuzkoa.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

Supporting and maintaining inventory management processes for finished goods and / or raw materials in line with company guidelines
Managing procurement planning based on manufacturing orders, utilizing an ERP system to ensure timely and accurate supply of materials
Identifying key root causes for non-performance
Leading or support initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and service levels.

Qualifications For The Role

Proven experience in handling ERP systems such as SAP or similar, specifically in Planning (MRP) areas

Experience with : Managing manufacturing orders (MOs), Managing purchase orders (POs), and reviewing and validating invoices

Previous roles communicating and coordinating with both domestic and international suppliers

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

High level of English

Technical or administrative academic background would be valuable
