We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Engineer to work as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the group, making a significant impact on the acquisition of top technical talents.

This role offers global exposure and the opportunity to collaborate with dedicated professionals in a great environment.

As part of the HR team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end global recruitment process, including :

  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to understand talent needs.
  • Continuously communicating to align the recruitment process with organizational goals.
  • Managing the entire recruitment process, from job intake to onboarding.
  • Headhunting, selecting, and engaging with top talent.
  • Striving for excellence in candidate quality.
  • Conducting interviews and creating offers / contracts.
  • Keeping candidates informed about the recruitment process.
  • Tracking information in our system.
  • Facilitating onboarding for a smooth transition of new hires.
  • Participating in other HR-related topics.
  • Being an ambassador of Sécheron Hasler Group.

Requirements include fluency in English and the local language; German is highly valued, and other languages are a plus. A Master's degree in STEM fields is preferred, or HR / Finance fields with experience recruiting engineering positions. A passion for quality and excellence, and good team spirit are essential.
