HERE'S WHAT WE'LL DO TOGETHER :

Join our office in Valencia! Together with two colleagues based in Amsterdam, you will manage payroll coordination for the G-STAR entities worldwide. The payroll team is part of the HR department, a fun and diverse team with various nationalities and personalities. Together, we ensure that G-STAR employees receive their salary payments correctly and on time, and we offer them the best HR services.

As a Payroll Specialist, your main focus will be managing payrolls for Spain, the DACH region, and Japan. You will also support your payroll colleagues working on other countries' payrolls and serve as their backup during absences.

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant monthly payroll output for our entities in Spain, DACH, and Japan, executed by external providers (ADP, Rosclar). The countries you manage may change over time.
• Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Finance) and external parties to ensure seamless payroll processing.
• Verify payroll-related invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Monitor payroll processes, identify irregularities, and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on legislation related to payroll.
• Manage payroll ledgers through monthly reconciliations, checks, and accruals to balance financial data.
• Oversee annual processes such as audits, providing necessary data to involved parties.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll inquiries.
