Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Digital Sales Specialist, you will develop trusted client relationships, work with clients and colleagues to shape their technology landscape, and support early sales cycle phases. You will combine technical knowledge with consultative sales practices to deliver solutions across Data & AI, Cloud, Sustainability, Automation, and more.
Your Primary Responsibilities
- Solution-Selling : Employ solution-selling techniques to identify decision makers, qualify opportunities, and address client needs.
- Opportunity Identification : Assist in identifying up / cross-sell opportunities within your client and partner territory.
- Collaborative Campaigns : Work with IBM Marketing and Sales to develop new business campaigns.
- Client and Partner Relationship Management : Manage client relationships, communicate IBM's value, and ensure mutual growth with partners.
- Sales Process Management : Oversee the sales process, meet KPIs, and focus on new and existing business growth.
- Collaboration : Coordinate with IBM's sales ecosystem, including marketing, technical teams, and partners, to build sales pipelines.
