Lead SAP Basis Technical Evolution

Join a global SAP landscape and ensure world-class operations across on-premise data centers and cloud environments. Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, and Infrastructure teams to define strategy, lead migrations, and provide secure, high-performance platforms.

Lead and manage the SAP Basis team providing technical direction, coaching, and performance management.
Oversee installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of SAP systems including S / 4HANA, ECC, HANA DB, and supporting tools.
Ensure optimal system performance, availability, and security compliance in collaboration with Infrastructure and Cybersecurity teams.

Required skills and qualifications :

10+ years of experience with SAP platforms, technologies, and databases, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Strong expertise in SAP technical architecture and system administration.

Hands-on experience with SAP RISE model is a must – several ongoing migration projects are based on RISE.

Proven leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional and cross-location teams (especially with offshore teams in India).

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Experience working with hybrid infrastructure (multiple data centers and cloud providers).

Experience with S / 4HANA on AWS, Azure, or RISE environments.

Full fluency in English.
