About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing high-value, time-critical industrial and perishable cargo shipments and seasonal campaigns across Spain. This position is responsible for managing high-priority airfreight flows, including time-sensitive perishables to North America, commodities impacted by market volatility, and mission-critical automotive components. These shipments require bespoke air logistics solutions that exceed the capabilities of standard digital booking systems.
This position plays a pivotal role in driving regional revenue growth in Spain. The successful candidate will be instrumental in sustaining this momentum by serving as both a commercial catalyst and a strategic logistics problem-solver.
What you’ll do
Coordinate high-value, time-sensitive cargo flows across Spain, including seasonal and strategic shipments. Deliver tailored logistics solutions for complex goods beyond standard booking tools.
Develop custom capacity plans with Inventory and Hub teams, including aircraft and multimodal transport strategies. Optimize routes and truck feeders to improve efficiency, reduce emissions, and support sustainability.
Work closely with internal teams—Hub, Inventory, Pricing, Operations, and Network Planning—to ensure aligned capacity planning and execution. Maintain strong communication with Ground Handling Agents across Spain. Participate in planning meetings and escalate issues to deliver efficient, customer-focused solutions
Identify and secure last-minute cargo opportunities to boost regional revenue. Monitor capacity changes before departure and match available space with urgent shipments. Use digital tools to respond quickly and maximize aircraft utilization.
Track project performance and maintain sales pipelines in Salesforce. Provide insights to support commercial strategy and decision-making. Ensure alignment between booked and flown volumes.
Act as a key link between commercial and operational teams to solve logistics challenges. Support complex bookings and propose optimal routing and service options. Ensure customer satisfaction while maximizing commercial outcomes.
