Marketing Coordinator

As the Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy, managing internal and external communications, and coordinating our presence at prominent industry events.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and regularly update our website, optimizing for user experience and SEO.
- Oversight of content creation and scheduling across social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) and digital channels.
- Development of engaging digital content, including articles, newsletters, case studies, and technical posts.
- Monitoring and analysis of digital metrics using tools like Google Analytics and reporting insights to management.
- Coordination of internal communications (newsletters, company updates) fostering a positive brand culture.
- Drafting and distribution of external communications, press releases, and announcements.
- Maintenance of consistent branding across all company materials and platforms.
- Planning, organization, and support of Ommatidia LiDAR's participation in international trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, and webinars.
- Coordination of event logistics, liaison with event organizers, booth designers, and suppliers.
- Preparation of promotional materials and demonstrations aligned with the company strategy.
- Follow-up on event leads, assisting sales teams with CRM updates and outreach campaigns.
- Creation and update of promotional materials (brochures, technical sheets, presentations, and videos).
- Maintenance of an organized marketing asset library accessible to internal stakeholders.
- Assistance in generating targeted digital marketing campaigns and managing leads in coordination with the sales team.
- Engagement with relevant online communities, forums, and professional networks to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.3-5 years' experience in digital marketing, communications, or events coordination.Strong proficiency in digital tools : WordPress, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, CRM systems, and graphic design software (Adobe Suite, Canva).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish and other European languages a strong plus).Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.Ability and willingness to travel occasionally for events and fairs.Demonstrated ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Interest or prior experience in technology sectors such as scientific instrumentation, LiDAR or robotics will be advantageous.What We Offer :
