Backend Team Lead – Python / Golang (Russian Speaking) – Trading – Málaga – Up to €130,000 + Bonus + Hybrid Working Overview : We're supporting a major trading platform in their search for a Backend Team Lead to drive the development of internal tooling and infrastructure. The focus is on data quality and delivery at scale, across near-real-time pipelines and multiple sources. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring Golang (and / or Python) experience, strong system design skills, and a passion for scalable distributed systems. Russian language skills are essential. Role & Responsibilities : Lead backend development and infrastructure projects Optimise CI / CD and internal automation tooling Collaborate with other technical leads on platform architecture Drive the modernisation of real-time data feeds Essential Skills & Requirements : Strong background in software engineering and architecture Commercial experience with Go and / or Python Familiarity with distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud environments CI / CD pipeline expertise Team leadership and project delivery experience Nice to Have : Trading or finance experience Experience with internal tooling or real-time data streaming Package : Up to €130,000 + Bonus This is a hybrid role, 3X per week in the office based in Málaga, located in the heart of the city at the prestigious Muelle Uno port Relocation support (visa, travel, accommodation) Private health insurance Team events, modern office with exclusive perks Interested?
