What are we looking for?

We seek an ambitious and talented individual to join our Marketing Department as a National Trade Marketing Manager based in Mumbai.

Mission

Design and execute sales systems & processes, channel infrastructure, development programs, and enhance the sales team's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Urban and Rural GTM strategies, focusing on towns with populations over 10 Lakh, including outlet and frequency selection.
  • Determine manpower levels and quality for Rural and Urban areas.
  • Manage channel structures and develop programs for Wholesale, Superstores, and Chemists, including visibility implementation.
  • Oversee the rollout of DMS and other sales IT initiatives.
  • Manage database for programs, outlets, and beats, and plan distribution and offtake activities.

Key Performance Indicators

Achieving sales targets and distribution growth in channels and programs.

Qualifications

  • University degree, preferably an MBA.
  • Over 6 years of experience in General Trade within FMCG, including regional SDTM roles.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
