Base pay range

Factorial is seeking an energetic and motivated Business Solutions Consultant for the Spanish Market to transform how companies manage their people with our Operations Payroll & Time Products. You will join a dynamic team in our Barcelona office, crucial for achieving customer acquisition and revenue goals.

The Role

  • Product Demo & Sales : participate in sales processes for key accounts, handling critical deals for Operations Payroll & Time products.
  • Onboarding & Ramp-up Coaching : reduce ramp-up time for new hires and support underperformers to reach at least 70% of their objectives.
  • Ongoing Training & Enablement : conduct regular sales and product training, review metrics, and adapt content based on feedback.
  • Certification Program Development : develop a comprehensive training program certifying the sales team, impacting over 500 peers.
  • Market Research & Analysis : monitor market trends, client needs, and competitors to inform strategy.
  • Customer Activation : ensure smooth transition from sales to post-sales support for specific accounts.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical field.
  • Experience as a Business Solutions Consultant or similar role (e.g., Account Executive).
  • Experience with B2B SaaS preferred.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts simply and develop enablement materials.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Key Performance Indicators

  • Revenue Targets : achievement percentage of Operations net new CMRR goals.
  • Attach Rate : percentage of clients closing with Operations products.
  • Sales Cycle Duration : average time from initial contact to closing.
  • Demo Bookings : percentage of demos booked for operations products.
  • Certified SDRs & AEs : percentage with Operations Advanced Certificate.
