Requirements of the position :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in merchandising planning or a related field, preferably in the retail industry. At least 2 years.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in retail math and financial analysis.
- Excellent understanding of inventory management principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
