Job Description

As UC Aftersales Specialist the primary responsibility of this role will be to facilitate the purchase of used vehicles between our client and local professional buyers.

Key Tasks

• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to understand priorities and ensure smooth communication with the field team;
• Oversee and optimize the used car purchase processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain regular engagement with stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables;
• Provide expert guidance and coaching to dealers and B2B partners, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving measurable success.
• Support and coordinate activities in parallel with local Sales Coordinators working in the field and the administrative UC Back Office team;
