Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Blue Yonder Discrete WMS Functional Product Expert to provide expertise and support for the deployment, optimization, and ongoing management of warehouse management systems (WMS). As a team member, you will ensure that Blue Yonder WMS solutions meet client needs, drive operational efficiencies, and deliver exceptional product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support implementation teams with tasks related to customer implementation projects within IT / WMS policies, including tuning, configuration, drafting specifications, testing, training, migration, and incident resolution.
• Participate in design sessions with customers and other disciplines to capture requirements and design WMS solutions.
• Support process improvements and customer change requests.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and drive project teams to develop SMART requirements and specifications for integrations, forms, and labels.
• Provide solutions within WMS configuration capabilities and define developments for extensions when necessary, in consultation with WMS experts.
• Maximize the use of WMS standards and advocate for configurable solutions.
• Support and guide junior WMS consultants if applicable.
• Act as second-line support for incidents and change requests.

Qualifications : Minimum 1 year experience working with WMS solutions, with deep understanding of configuration and features. Proven experience in implementing, optimizing, and supporting WMS in complex environments. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Experience in warehouse operations and supply chain management. Fluency in English and Spanish.

Preferred Skills : Certification in WMS solutions, experience with system integrations, data migration, and WMS rollouts, especially with Blue Yonder 2023 WMS.
