Semiconductor supplier KD provides innovative high-speed optical networking for harsh environments. Making gigabit communications over fiber optics a reality, KD technology supplies 1 Gb / s POF links for automotive, industrial, and home networks.

Founded in 2010 in Madrid, Spain, KD offers its cost-effective technology as either ASSP or IP (Intellectual Property) to be integrated in SoCs (System-on-Chips).

KD has about 50 employees, we are in full expansion due to the development of innovative products in the sector and the creation of a unique factory in Spain.

As a result, we are looking for a HR Specialist

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist with generalist experience to support the management of key HR processes. This person will be responsible for implementing and improving policies related to equality, talent, organizational climate, training, and labor administration, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with the company’s strategy.

These Are Your Tasks

Contribute to initiatives related to work environment, employee well-being, and organizational culture.
Work with internal policies and labor regulations, such as the implementation of the Equality Plan and employee representation.
Manage requirements and implications associated with exceeding 50 employees, changes in office locations, and the opening of new work centers (industrial).
Support performance management and career development plans.
Advise managers and employees on labor matters and professional development.
Prepare reports and HR KPIs to support decision-making, standardization, and process improvement.
Knowledge / experience in international mobility procedures and hiring of new employees.
Participate in organizing corporate events for employees.
Take part in the design and implementation of training and development programs.
Provide support to other HR areas.

What You Bring With You

5 years of experience in a similar role.

Experience working in companies with over 500 employees. Experience with the processes and implications of surpassing 50 employees is a plus.

University degree in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, Psychology or similar.

Knowledge of Spanish labor legislation.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and office software tools.

Familiarity with assessment, training, and organizational climate tools.

High level of English (C1-B2). Documentation, processes, and employee interactions are in English.
