HybridFull time About the RoleWe're seeking a motivated SAP Controlling Functional Consultant to join our global iShift transformation program. You'll play a key role in improving our finance systems and processes using SAP S / 4HANA technology.Collaborate with business and IT teams to design and implement SAP Controlling solutionsDrive improvements in financial reporting and controlling efficiency across the companySupport global rollouts of SAP deployments from planning to go-liveTranslate business needs into smart system solutions in the Controlling areaEnsure quality, consistency, and best practices in SAP implementationsProvide training and support to business usersCoordinate with other departments for seamless integration of controlling processesKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and deploy standardized Controlling processes in SAP for all businesses globallyEnsure consistency of solutions and adherence to Core Model principlesContribute to AMS activities, including L3 support and solution validationLead discovery phase workshops and design solutions based on industry best practicesPerform impact analysis for application changes and legacy systemsOrganize and execute system configuration, testing, and documentationSupport migration activities, cut-over, and post-go-live operationsQualificationsSolid SAP experience in complex, international environmentsAt least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations across all phasesExpert in SAP Controlling module configuration and customizationStrong understanding of finance operations and SAP systemsExperience with SAP S / 4HANA and Agile project methodologyExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsFluency in English (written and spoken)Nice to HaveExperience in pharmaceutical or consumer products industriesKnowledge of AI applications in SAP S / 4Operational experience in ControllingFamiliarity with other SAP functional domainsExperience working in major IT consulting firmsPursue Progress.
