Postdoctoral researcher in polymer synthesis

Descripción del trabajoDesign and synthesis of monomer and polymer materials with specific properties. Structural and physicochemical characterization using NMR, FTIR, Raman, GPC, DSC, TGA. Formulation of polymer electrolytes, cell integration, and characterization. Analysis of characterization results to improve synthesis procedures and electrolyte performance. Communication with companies and proposal preparation as needed. Qualifications : PhD in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field. Strong background in polymer design and synthesis. Experience with polymer synthesis and characterization procedures. Knowledge of polymer electrolytes and solid-state batteries is a plus. Knowledge of electrochemical testing methods is a plus. Problem-solving skills and teamwork ability. Excellent communication skills in English. 3-year contract with potential renewal based on performance and funding. Opportunities for seminars, conferences, and training. Support for relocation and integration, including language courses and administrative assistance.
