Expert In Supply Chain Resolution

We are seeking a skilled Financial Settlement Expert to join our team. As a Financial Settlement Expert, you will be responsible for working with Amazon Retail Vendors to resolve supply chain defects and financial deductions.

Your primary objective will be to identify the root cause of defects and collaborate with the Finance team to develop effective solutions.

You will also be responsible for presenting analyses to senior stakeholders and agreeing on next steps to ensure seamless settlement processes.

In addition, you will work closely with vendor organizations to build trusting relationships and provide training to reduce future deductions.

This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

You should have a Bachelor's / Master's degree, 1-2 years of professional experience, and proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience in data analysis and project management is a plus, along with basic SQL and advanced Excel skills.

You should be fluent in English and Spanish, and have knowledge of supply chain processes.
