We are seeking a skilled and proactive Service desk / Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic IT team based in Madrid. This role involves handling and supporting our IT Service desk and infrastructure, ensuring efficient performance, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft technologies, network security, and endpoint management. Microsoft Active Directory (AD) & Azure Active Directory (AAD) : Manage and maintain user accounts, group policies, and endpoint polices.

Endpoint Management : Utilise Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for device enrollment, configuration, compliance policies, and application deployment.

Network Security : Configure and manage Fortinet firewalls, ensuring secure and efficient network operations.

Server Management : Oversee Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and patch management.

Technical Support : Provide Level 2 support, take on hardware and software issues, and raising complex problems as necessary.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.

Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and initiatives.

Be prepared to work outside standard business hours and on weekends as required.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science.

Fortinet NSE, CompTIA certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+).

Proven experience with Microsoft AD and AAD.

Hands-on experience with Fortinet firewall configuration and management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for endpoint deployment and management.

Solid understanding of Windows Server environments and patch management processes.

Advanced networking knowledge, including TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
