Overview

We seek an Integrated Creative Director to lead our digital production team. Our creative team merges business, content, and technology expertise to develop innovative communication frameworks that leverage technology for new engagement and growth strategies.

Our creatives are storytellers and makers, extending visual and contextual languages with a focus on aesthetics and functionality.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple projects aimed at two main goals : Daily projects (Quality & Efficiency) and Delighted projects (Creativity & Awards).

  • Maximize creativity for content effectiveness
  • Present concepts, creatives, and proposals to clients at all levels
  • Collaborate across multiple groups in a dynamic environment
  • Understand and leverage content production briefs
  • Use data performance insights to optimize content

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in Creative Direction within advertising
  • Deep understanding of Social Content, Image direction, Conceptualization, Audiovisual, especially digital content production
  • Experience developing digital campaigns and managing multi-nature projects
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Visual Design or related field
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Creative yet consumer-centered, passionate about ideation and content development based on consumer insights
  • Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with brand and media teams
  • Problem-solving mindset and curiosity to understand and address performance issues
  • Willingness to explore and experiment to improve results
