AIRBUS offers more than 60 vacancies for our full-time graduate program in Spain - #DISCOVER II 2025 / 2026 - Starting date October 1st, 2025.
We are looking for recent graduates from various disciplines interested in developing their careers in the aeronautical sector. What does this internship consist of?
In collaboration with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed the #DISCOVER program, designed for those seeking top-tier training in emerging areas vital for future professionals.
You will have the opportunity to pursue a Master, structured into three training modules, enabling you to DISCOVER in-demand skills today. This will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in a field related to your degree, allowing you to learn and enhance your academic background.
The internship begins in early October 2025 and lasts 11 months (August is excluded). It is a full-time role (40h / week) with an attractive study grant.
Internship Job Description :
Opportunity to join the Facility Management team in the Space Management area in Getafe! The main purpose of the Space Management department in Getafe is to oversee services and procedures supporting Airbus's office space needs.
They will participate in strategic planning and daily operations, promoting innovation and a productive work environment :
Assist as PMO for refurbishment projects and reorganization initiatives.
Maintain relationship management with Airbus business partners , understanding and anticipating needs, managing demand and suppliers to ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective delivery.
Manage physical space inventory , tracking occupancy data for mid-term planning and stakeholder management. Knowledge of data analytics is highly valued.
Develop and implement solutions aligned with FM strategy and collaborate on the Better Workplace project.
Design and promote innovative workspace solutions according to market trends, supporting Activity-Based Working deployment.
Provide quantitative and qualitative data to support management decisions.
Monitor performance against budgets / targets , identifying discrepancies and proposing corrective actions.
Contribute to reducing Airbus operating expenses through cost-saving initiatives, technology adoption, process improvements, and resource optimization.
Manage refurbishment projects , including planning, quotations, risk assessment, and subcontractor coordination.
Master's Degree in Architecture.
Proficiency in English (C1 level).
Fluent Spanish skills.
Interest in developing project management skills.
