WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience in business analysis, preferably in a consumer-focused environment.
Experience with Jira & Confluence
Experience acting as a bridge between Business and Technology departments
Experience creating User stories and user epics
SQL knowledge
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong experience with agile methodologies

WHAT WILL YOU DO? 👈

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements and process improvements.

Crate documentation that includes user stories and include the necessary requierements to deploy the solution. .

Assist in the design and implementation of new processes and systems to improve consumer service.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.

Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to consumer engagement

Ensure that business requirements are documented and communicated effectively to technical teams.
