Senior System Engineer (DaaS)

IMPORTANT : hybrid work model is required (2 days per week at our office in Alicante)

Blue Code Alicante is hiring 3 new System Engineers (DaaS) for our client DaaS (Desktop as a Service) Competence Center based in the Netherlands.

You will become part of a Managed Services environment and will be placed in a Competence Center. This team focuses on the Desktop as a Service (DaaS) proposition. The following products are supported by this team : Microsoft Citrix Virtual Desktop, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), Azure Virtual Desktop, and Omnissa / Vmware Horizon.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Ensure that new customers are warmly received by setting up things to be in control and stay in control.
• Be the primary technical point of contact for customers, ensuring regular communication and guidance.
• Advise customers and end users on working methods and procedures.
• Active participation in project groups for setting up and expanding the management environment.
• Project support for the design of the management tooling and documentation.
• Reactive support and pro-active management by identifying problems and bottlenecks.
• Advise customers on innovation and structural solutions.
• Implement (standard and non-standard) changes at our customers.
• Manage customer expectations by communicating progress and solutions correctly and on time.
• Knowledge development and knowledge sharing.
• Collaboration within and outside the DaaS competence Centre.
