Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for contributing to the store's revenue growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Your primary objective will be to achieve and develop sales of the store by presenting products and brand universe to customers. You will finalize sales, collaborate in stock management, restocking, and inventory, and list new products and prices in store.

To succeed in this role, you must embody the brand image, ensure personalized follow-up of each customer, and respect brand standards. You will also be responsible for shelving products in accordance with brand standards.

A strong background in luxury and fashion sales, particularly in shoes, is essential. You should possess good knowledge of luxury sales and hospitality techniques and be fluent in Spanish and English. Chinese language skills are a plus.
