About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer or Staff Engineer to join the team and help them build scalable, real-time systems that power the platform. This is a great opportunity to work on advanced distributed systems, tackle low-latency problems, and contribute directly to the architecture of a product that will redefine an entire industry.

  • Design and implement scalable architectures capable of handling large volumes of data and high user concurrency .
  • Optimize system performance to ensure real-time responsiveness for critical features.
  • Solve complex problems related to distributed systems , such as managing Kafka partitions , WebSocket connections , and asynchronous event processing .
  • Build robust infrastructure to support innovative AI-driven functionalities while maintaining reliability and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Senior Backend Engineer or Staff Engineer , with expertise in distributed systems, scalability, and real-time processing.
  • Deep understanding of backend technologies such as Python , Kafka , WebSockets , and similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of concurrency , asynchronous programming , and low-latency system design .
  • Experience working on large-scale systems , preferably in industries like video streaming, real-time communications, or SaaS platforms.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a passion for tackling innovative and complex technical challenges.
  • While not mandatory, familiarity with AI / ML technologies is a plus.
