- Develop a pursuit plan and a pipeline of new clients and client engagements
- Successfully convert new target accounts, creating the foundation for long-term, value-based relationships. Success is nurturing and the sale of win-win value propositions and nurturing executive relationships for continuing business
- Approach client executives as true business partners versus software delivery partners, expanding Thoughtworks engagement to encompass the breadth and depth of our capabilities, including where appropriate, our world-leading Global Delivery centers in Eastern Europe, Latin America and Asia
- Recognize that our people and our clients are at the center of everything we do
- Leverage your own and TW-provided market research to identify, build a business case for and present your pursuit targets
- Leverage available tools, events and marketing support to develop pitches, proposals, presentations, etc for target accounts

You have a relevant and current knowledge of the Spanish market situation and are technically astute in the latest trends and practices to influence strategic decisionsYou have 10+ years of relevant experience defining and executing new business growth strategies and pipelines for premium, not commoditized, services at executive levelYou have a proven record of success driving complex sales through a disciplined process, generating deals in excess of 3-10mil (Euro) of new business per annumYou are well versed in agile and lean practices and programmes, and are able to demonstrate understanding of how these software development delivery projects are executedIt is a plus if you can bring in a broad network of financial services industry contacts to improve and strengthen Thoughtworks’ presence in the marketYou have a native-level command of Spanish and are fluent in English (our internal working language)Professional skills
