Jefe de producción

SEROM , part of CALAF GRUP, is seeking a Cap de Producció to support the Construction Manager in executing construction projects. The role involves reviewing project measurements, evaluating different industrials, ensuring quality and results based on planning and budget, with the goal of completing the work on time and achieving client satisfaction.

• Review project budgets to identify errors or opportunities to improve profit margins during execution.
• Plan weekly schedules for industrials involved in the project to anticipate materials and resources needed.
• Control and analyze the project's financial aspects to compare industrials and subcontractors for better pricing.
• Support the Construction Manager in quality control, environmental, safety, and health standards to prevent accidents and ensure proper execution.
• Develop and manage the on-site work team.

Qualifications

Location : Vilassar de Dalt, Catalonia, Spain. The role has been advertised recently in various locations within Catalonia.
