Career Opportunity in Business Development
Our team is looking for a skilled CRM Specialist to join our company. This individual will be responsible for managing and developing our B2B online business, working closely with the commercial and customer service departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Optimize the sales funnel by tracking potential leads and lead scoring.
- Develop online and telephonic business with new and established clients to meet annual sales targets.
- Ensure e-commerce activities align with assigned objectives.
- Dynamize the first contact with new leads.
- Improve opportunity performance on the online store.
- Support sales team with specific advice and joint visits to develop online or e-commerce business.
- Optimize marketing campaigns based on target customers to maximize efficiency.
- Verify correct configuration of online promotions before launch.
- Manage training sessions for CRM and e-commerce topics for the commercial and customer service departments.
- Be the point of contact in Spain for our global CRM system, collaborating with all teams involved in the e-commerce project.
- Support development of EDI interfaces to automate order processing, promoting their use among clients.
- Maintain databases.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
At least 3 years of experience in CRM, preferably Salesforce.Essential experience in B2B sectors.Bachelor's degree or intermediate studies in Marketing, ADE, or similar.3 years of experience acquired in eCommerce and / or Online Marketing departments of B2B companies using CRM systems of the latest generation.Strong experience in using CRM, preferably Salesforce.Excellent knowledge and familiarity with English, at least level B2.Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.SAP knowledge desirable.Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and eCommerce and online marketing management tools.Ability to work efficiently in an international environment and at a fast pace.Results-oriented attitude, with a proactive approach and commercial skills.Interest in data analysis and its impact on final results.Precision and meticulous management of details.Oriented towards building effective relationships and creating / maintaining positive interpersonal relationships.Effective communication skills, both written and oral, with experience in training desirable.Benefits :
