Location : Madrid – Serrano Street (city center)

Format : Hybrid (2–3 days / week in-office)

At Ultrai , we believe in building tech that actually makes sense – clean, smart, and scalable. We're looking for a Middle-Level Functional Analyst to join our product and tech team, working closely with the CTO and Head of Product in a fast-paced, startup-driven environment.

Your responsibilities

  • Write clear, precise, and highly detailed technical documentation that speaks to both developers and product teams.
  • Review documents obsessively – accuracy and attention to detail are a must.
  • Take thorough technical notes during meetings to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Support the CTO in organizing and following up on sprint progress (note : you won’t be responsible for full sprint tracking).
  • Collaborate daily with the CTO and Head of Product to refine and elevate technical specs .
  • Design simple UX wireframes that follow existing guidelines to improve user understanding and tool usability.
  • Be proactive : anticipate team needs, propose documentation / process improvements, and help make things smoother.

What are we looking for?

  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to think critically and synthesize complex information
  • A love for structure, clarity, and elegant documentation
  • Bonus if you’ve worked in agile environments or with cross-functional product teams
