Job Title : Branch Manager BarcelonaLocation : Barcelona (Hybrid with 2 / 3 days in the office) Salary : Aligning with the market dictation

The Company : JB Andrews is partnering with a global logistics company who are looking to scale their Air & Sea and Contract Logistics traction.

We are looking for a Branch Manager for Barcelona to bring in new points of business, as well as maintain and develop the branch within the region.

The Role : Grow the performance of the Barcelona Branch, with a particular focus on maximising the profitability of the Sea Freight product.

Full responsibility for the branch by way of P+L, operations, and recruitment.Manage & lead of team of Air, and Ocean freight operators, a growing contract logistics department and team leads.Drive growth of the products.Support the regional / global network.Establish best practice and modernise the business.

The Requirements : Bachelor's degree educated or equivalent.An ability to speak English and Spanish to a business levelMinimum of 8 years' experience in the freight forwarding industry.Proven success and experience within Barcelona.Experienced in setting up or growing freight forwarding branches would be advantageous.Excellent organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal skills
