Generative AI Engineer

On-site | Málaga, Spain | Full-time

At Architechtures we're using generative AI to transform how our cities are shaped.

We're looking for a hands-on Generative AI Engineer who thrives on training custom neural networks and wants to push boundaries alongside a small, passionate team.

This is a full-time, on-site role at our headquarters in Málaga — sun, sea, and serious tech 🔥.

What you’ll do

  • Design, train and optimize deep neural networks (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, etc.) for high-impact real-world applications.
  • Own the end-to-end ML workflow : from raw data pipelines to production-ready models.
  • Collaborate with engineers and domain experts to bring AI into the core of our product.
  • Prototype fast, iterate constantly, and improve with every experiment.
  • Shape the future of AI at the company — from research to deployment.

What we’re looking for

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in deep learning with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Solid experience training models from scratch and tuning them in real-world conditions.
  • Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with ML tools and workflows.
  • A good understanding of model evaluation, overfitting, generalization, and all the fun stuff.
  • Startup mindset : you build fast, learn faster, and enjoy solving hard problems.

    • Nice to have

  • Experience with generative AI (LLMs, GANs, diffusion models, etc.)
  • Exposure to MLOps tools like MLflow, Weights & Biases, Docker.
  • Background in geometry, architecture, or spatial optimization (huge plus if relevant to your product).
  • Open source contributions or academic publications.
