Quality Assurance Manager Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and evolve the software quality assurance strategy.

The role combines technical expertise in QA methodologies with strong leadership and team management skills.

You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products through robust testing frameworks, automation, and continuous improvement practices.

The key responsibilities include :

• Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and test automation frameworks
• Lead a team of QA engineers, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and career development
• Collaborate closely with development, product, and hardware teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software lifecycle
• Drive test coverage across integration, system, and regression levels. Integrated in our CI system
• Oversee and manage test lab definition, set up and maintenance, to support automated and manual testing
• Drive analysis of test results by the team and ensure timely resolution
• Manage QA processes during pre-silicon and post-silicon stages, including silicon bring-up and validation
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA tools, processes, and best practices
