Junior Finance Analyst

At Boomerang, we are currently supporting one of our clients in the search for a Financial Analyst to play a key role in developing and maintaining financial models, supporting the evaluation of new investment opportunities in real assets, and acting as a liaison between the Finance, Real Estate, and Shareholder teams.

Coordinate any updates to the Company business plan, at least once per year in conjunction with the annual budget process

Act as an information source between the real estate team and finance team

Work with the real estate team on underwriting and projected returns from new real estate and specialized commercial asset acquisition and development opportunities, assisting with the preparation of real estate acquisition proformas (FLPAs)

Work closely with shareholders on business plan updates and new acquisition and development opportunities, including new market expansions

Assist the finance team with preparation of data for banks and financing

Automate the Group's cash flow

Review, consolidate, and report the Group's cash flow

Collaborate with the Controlling Department on the Annual Budget Process

Collaborate with all the Departments on the preparation of presentations for the Shareholder, Banks or other Stakeholders.

Degree in Business Administration or Financial Analysis

5 years as Financial Analyst

Deep knowledge of financial modelling software, especially Microsoft Excel

High English and Spanish level, spoken and written
