Job title : Technical Program Manager

Location : Madrid, Spain

Employment Type : Fulltime Permanent

Job Description :

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for the Infosys delivery team, ensuring all project phases are executed according to plan and quality standards
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design coordination, development oversight, system integration, testing, and deployment
  • Collaborate with clients to establish clear program objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Provide technical and strategic guidance to ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and overall program objectives throughout execution.
  • Act as the primary client contact, building strong relationships, proactively managing expectations, and facilitating effective communication and decision-making.
  • Continuously identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, while implementing robust quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Oversee program budgets, allocate resources effectively, and manage timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 15+ years of IT Program Management experience : Extensive background leading large-scale software implementation and integration projects.
  • Demonstrated experience managing third-party product deployments and enterprise system integrations. Experience with e-Cow or other EHS / Sustainability products will be advantage.
  • Good Oil & Gas Industry Knowledge
  • Strong Leadership & Client Management : Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage client expectations, and drive successful program delivery in a consulting environment.
  • Technical Acumen : Solid understanding of solution architecture, data migration, integration technologies
  • Exceptional Communication & Problem-Solving : Superior verbal / written communication, analytical, and strategic problem-solving skills to navigate complex program landscapes.
