Your opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager passionate about building web-based data products. Join our UX platform team, which builds the foundation for our observability platform. You should be experienced in collaborating with engineers, marketing, and executives, with good judgment on data gathering and decision-making. If you haven't been a product manager, experience as an architect, engineering leader, or in a similar leadership role is valuable.

What you'll do

• Drive product strategy for internal managed services, considering customer feedback, industry standards, and internal initiatives.
• Engage with customers (Product, GTM, Sales, Marketing) to understand challenges and improve the Demo Engineering experience.
• Provide business context, guidance, and success criteria to teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and adjust a rolling 4-quarter roadmap in collaboration with Engineering, aligning key releases with company goals and customer demands.
