We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Growth Strategist to lead user acquisition and retention efforts across Europe.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated campaigns and optimize digital channels.

This role requires a proactive and adaptable approach to managing multiple digital channels, driving growth within budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement mobile user acquisition strategies focusing on iOS and Android platforms.
  • Manage digital channels including paid media, social advertising, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and App Store Optimization (ASO).
  • Analyze performance data to provide clear reporting and insights to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate creative assets with the design team to maintain brand consistency across digital touchpoints.
  • Foster collaboration with regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and support.

    • Job Requirements :

    A successful candidate will have :

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on mobile user acquisition and performance-driven environments.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Iterable, and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to build dashboards and extract actionable insights from performance data.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a practical understanding of marketing KPIs and funnel metrics.
  • Fluent in English & Spanish; additional European languages are a plus.

    • Desirable Skills :

    A strong candidate will also possess :

  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Experience working with local markets and adapting campaigns to regional nuances.
